Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 is approaching, and each season brings its fair share of changes. The Call of Duty: Warzone community has taken to Reddit calling for big changes for the next season.

Call of Duty: Warzone continues in the arrival of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 disclosure and imminent release of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 later this year. The Raven Software development team is listening to player feedback and has recently addressed some ongoing issues. One of the issues is player sentiment towards LMGs, an underutilized weapon class in the current meta. As Season 3 currently stands, Assault Rifles and SMGs are the most competitive weapons in the field.

Reddit user and Call of Duty Warzone player u/semper_crayons posted an image that said “slide and jump should significantly reduce accuracy.” He highlights the desired changes in the Reddit post by saying, “I know. You know,” and many other players agree with his opinion beforehand.” Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4. The Reddit post got a lot of attention with around 4,800 upvotes and an impressive 90% upvote ratio. At first glance, it seems that these changes are being implemented by many in the Call of Duty Warzone Reddit Community.


In the current meta of Call of Duty: Warzone, players are not penalized for aiming and shooting while sliding and jumping. Such moves allow players to maintain momentum while taking out opponents. In addition, jumping while aiming and firing does not present any discernible drawbacks to accuracy. The same can be said for sliding, as it allows players to dodge enemy fire while staying on the offensive.

There are opposing views on the subject, with some Reddit users saying: Duty is an “arcade shooter” with less focus on realism. However, it seems that the majority of users engaged with the Reddit post agree on possible movement changes prior to Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4.
